HOW TO MAKE SHRIMP TOSTADA Yum!
Ingredients: 6 crispy tostadas (tostadas caseras)
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined 1 cup cucumber, diced 1 avocado, diced 1 cup tomato, diced
1 cup radish, diced
1 cup red onion, diced
1 lemon, juiced 1 lime, juiced 1/4 cup taco seasoning
2 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped salt and black pepper to taste 1 serrano pepper, finely chopped (optional)
In a bowl, combine the diced cucumber, radish , avocado, tomato, red onion, cilantro, serrano chile.
Squeezed lime juice and lemon juice to vegetable salad and season with salt and black pepper.
Marinate for 10-15 minutes.
Chop the shrimps and transfer to a bowl.
Pour olive oil to a medium pan over low heat.
Add the shrimps and cook for 10 minutes.
Add taco seasoning, stir and combine well.
Let it cool.
Turn off the stove.
Toss the romaine lettuce, topped with the vegetable salad, shrimp onto the tostada and serve.
