How to make Stove-top popcorn
2/3 cups yellow corn kernels
2 tablespoons sunflower oil
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions Turn the stove top to over medium high.
Heat the pot.
Add oil and coat the bottom of the pot well.
Wait 2 to 3 minutes until the pot heats up.
Add salt. Add yellow corn kernels. Stir well to coat the kernels with oil and salt.
Replace the lid.
Listen closely and hear the first few pops.
Turn off the heat as soon as you hear the popping slow.
Shake the pot until the last kernels have popped.
And Voila! You have light and airy popcorn.
